You can check into your accommodation from 3:00 PM on the first day, and on your departure day, you must check out by 10:00 AM.

According to legal regulations, we are required to scan and forward guests’ personal identification documents to the National Tourism Data Supply Centre (NTAK). The submission of these documents is mandatory before check-in. If a guest refuses to provide their documents, unfortunately, we are obliged to cancel the reservation.

Both houses can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.

A 1-night stay is possible at a special rate, exclusively from Monday to Thursday.

During peak periods, bookings are only accepted for the full period (e.g. for a 3-day long weekend, a minimum of 3 nights must be booked).

The following terms apply to bookings made via hellohalhazak.hu. For reservations made through third-party platforms, please check the cancellation policies on the respective site.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to info@hellohalhazak.hu.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.
For cancellations made within 15 days of arrival (or in case of no-show), 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

The amount paid for a cancelled booking can be used for a future reservation or refunded (minus a 5,000 HUF administrative fee) to the bank account provided by the guest – if the cancellation was made more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Our accommodation does not accept pets.
Violation of this rule will result in the guest being required to leave immediately.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including IQOS and e-cigarettes. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area (on the covered terrace).

The accommodation offers a gated parking area and electric car charging is also available (for an additional fee).
